Use this form to report suspicious activity, a past incident, a safety concern, or to provide a tip. Reports are reviewed by CSSP coordinators and forwarded to the appropriate channel. All submissions are confidential.

What to include in your report

• — Type of incident and a clear description of what you observed
• — Date, time, and exact location
• — Description of any individuals or vehicles involved
• — Whether a police report was filed and the report number if available
• — Your contact info if you would like a follow-up (anonymous reports accepted)
